Using the Master Library & Understanding Expiry Alerts
The Master Library stores official compliance documents like Tax Clearance Certificates, BBBEE Certificates, and Financial Statements.
Browsing the Library
Click Library in the navigation menu. You can filter by category (e.g., 'Certificates') or search by name. Each document card shows its status:
- Active: Valid for more than 60 days.
- Expiring Soon: Expires within 60 days. Renew immediately.
- Expired: No longer valid. Admin Users cannot download these.
Downloading Documents
When you download a document, you must link it to an Active Case and provide a Reason. This creates an audit trail for compliance purposes.
